Dan has been a CPA since 1968. He has been a Tax Manager at Arthur Young & Company (now part of Ernst & Young), a Tax Partner at Touche Ross & Co. (now part of Deloitte), Chief Financial Officer of an investment company, and decades of successful tax & consulting practices.
He brings unparalleled experience and strategic guidance to the firm and our clients.
Dan is originally from New York City and Stamford CT. He now resides in Sun Lakes AZ, where he continues to provide trusted tax expertise to clients nationwide.
Eric Morson
Founder - Vice President & COO
Eric has been a trusted professional in the financial services industry since 1993. With a wealth of experience in taxation and strategic planning, Eric brings seasoned financial insights to his specialization in personal, small business, partnership, and expat situations.
Eric’s commitment to providing expert, personalized tax guidance has been at the heart of FamTax’s success, and he remains dedicated to helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and planning with confidence.
A proud graduate of the University of Connecticut and the UConn Marching Band, where is daughter continues the family's UCMB Husky legacy, and a son who recently graduated from Arizona State University with an Engineering degree in Construction Management.
He is proud to be a Life Member of both Kappa Kappa Psi and Tau Beta Sigma, National Honorary Fraternity and Sorority for College Bandmembers (501(c)3 non-profits).
Eric is passionate about civic engagement and responsibility, and serves as Majority Leader of the Stamford Board of Representatives (City Council).
He resides in Stamford, CT with his wife, family, and labradoodle.
Kris Tannenbaum, CPA
Kris is a seasoned financial professional with over 19 years of expertise in accounting, finance, and taxation. Since joining FamTax in 2022, Kris has built a loyal and expanding client base across El Paso, southern New Mexico, and beyond, including active-duty military personnel, veterans, and retirees.
Kris is dedicated to providing personalized financial solutions and looks forward to serving new clients with the same professionalism and care that define his work.
Outside of work, Kris is a passionate woodworker and enjoys supporting the local El Paso Rhinos hockey team, catching movies, visiting the Comic Strip, and exploring the area’s vibrant events and restaurants.
Originally from southern New Jersey, Kris relocated to Las Cruces, NM during high school and went on to graduate from New Mexico State University (Go Aggies!).
He resides in El Paso, TX with his wife and children.
